  • Start: Green Park → Reading Station
  • Get off at Reading Station
  • Find the Elizabeth Line (Purple)
  • Reading Station Platform 10 or 11a
  • Check the digital billboard and the sign on the train
  • Ideally you only want trains to Paddington (Slough only is ok)
  • If it has other stops, wait for another train
  • Get on the Elizabeth Line (Purple) towards Canary Wharf
  • Reading → Paddington → Canary Wharf (~42 mins total)
  • 6 min walk to hotel

Take the DLR or Jubilee Line (Grey) back to Canary Wharf (~25 minutes). Or grab an Uber (~6 minutes, £10–12). Perfect time to rest and freshen up before dinner!

Take an Uber to Greenwich Peninsula Emirates Cable Car station (~10–15 minutes, £10–12).

  • No booking needed – tap contactless or Oyster
  • 10-minute ride each way
  • Brilliant views over the Thames
  • Runs until ~9 PM

Recommendation

Since the cable car closes at 9 PM, I recommend taking an Uber back to the hotel after your ride. This will take approximately 10-15 minutes and cost around £10-12.

Dinner & The O₂

O2 Arena

After the cable car, you'll land right next to the O₂. Plenty of time to explore and grab dinner before the concert.
